HDZ requests debate in the House of Peoples on the adopted Declaration on the Pelješac Bridge adopted in the House of Representatives

Ljilja Zovko (HDZ), a delegate in the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament, requested that the House of Peoples today consider the Information on the adopted Declaration on the Pelješac Bridge, which was adopted in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, writes Patria.

- They refer to the BiH Parliament there and violate the BiH Constitution, because the Parliament has both houses and we must consider this issue – says Zovko.

Halid Genjac (SDA), a delegate in the House of Peoples, said that there is no way for one house to debate whether the other is acting in accordance with the Constitution.

Nevertheless, this proposal was adopted, with eight votes in favor, four against, and two abstentions.
