HDZ withdrew its proposal: Agreement reached on the Law on Criminal Procedure of BiH

At the 52nd session of the Constitutional and Legal Committee of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PSBiH), the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Criminal Procedure of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by delegate Halid Genjac, was supported with five adopted amendments.

Compliance with the Constitution and legal system of BiH was established for the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Criminal Procedure of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the House of Representatives of PSBiH.

- After it was noted that the proposers had withdrawn the draft law, the members of the Committee did not vote on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Criminal Procedure of BiH, proposed by delegates from the Club of the Croatian people Ljilja Zovko, Bariša Čolak, Zdenka Džambas and Mario Karamatić - stated from PS BiH.

From the agenda of the session of the Constitutional and Legal Committee of the House of Peoples, the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Demining of BiH, proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH, was removed.

From the agenda of the session, the Report on Personal Data Protection in BiH for 2017, submitted by the Agency for Personal Data Protection in BiH, as well as the Information on the Work of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH for 2017, submitted by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, were also removed.
