HDZ BiH expects government formation in the coming days

Today, the 46th session of the HDZ BiH Presidency was held at the HDZ BiH House in Mostar, chaired by Dr. Dragan Čović, President of HDZ BiH, reports the Patria News Agency.

At the Presidency session, electoral activities that have not yet been successfully implemented were discussed. The session of the HDZ BiH Presidency was expanded to include all presidents of the Cantonal Boards of HDZ BiH. The Presidency was informed about the situation on the ground in all cantons and the perceived problems, from the perspective of structure and time.

The general assessment is that too much time has been spent, and the Presidency agreed that the government, at the Federation of BiH and BiH levels, should have already been formed by the end of last year. 

The new structure of the executive government, in accordance with the election results, should have started implementing its programs long ago, and the HDZ BiH Presidency expressed its expectation that the issue of government formation will be resolved in the coming days. 

The HDZ BiH Presidency at today's session also discussed the organization of the Croatian National Assembly, which will be held on February 28, 2015, as well as the organization of the 12th Congress of HDZ BiH, which will be held in April.
