HDZ BiH silent on forming government in FBiH

MOSTAR, (Patria) - A session of the Presidency was held today at the HDZ BiH House in Mostar, where the current political situation was also discussed.

The Presidency stated that mistrust is the basis of all relations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. HDZ today called for mutual respect and building trust between the constituent peoples in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The migrant crisis and various challenges were also discussed, but the conclusions are not known.

HDZ did not comment today on the formation of the FBiH Government, nor have they ever responded to SDA's calls, nor to the last joint call from SDA, SBB, and DF to propose a candidate for the President of FBiH to start the process of appointing the FBiH Government. The current situation suits HDZ, given that the party's officials hold key positions, and they also have the President of FBiH, which means they cannot be bypassed in the process of establishing government at the FBiH level.

Interestingly, today's HDZ statement did not contain a single word about the Election Law, the amendments to which, according to HDZ's wishes, are a condition for further government formation.
