MOSTAR, (Patria) - The Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HDZ BiH) is holding its XIII. Electoral and Reporting Congress tomorrow. Around 600 delegates will elect the new leadership of HDZ BiH for a four-year term. Delegates will elect the president of HDZ BiH, the deputy president, five vice-presidents, and ten members of the Presidency.
"Numerous representatives of the international community, diplomats, party delegations, including a delegation from the sister HDZ party led by Andrej Plenković, President of HDZ of Croatia, as well as representatives of the academic community, the church, businessmen, and other dignitaries are expected at the congress session," the HDZ announced.
The President of HDZ BiH, Dragan Čović, will report to the delegates on the activities undertaken during the 2015-2019 term.
A new Statute, followed by the Program and Program Declaration of HDZ BiH, will be voted on.
Dragan Čović will be the only candidate for party president, and the Presidency has given him full support.
