Haznedar: Turkey will continue to help BiH, our hearts are with you

The Mayor of Beşiktaş Municipality from Istanbul, Murat Haznedar, is visiting areas in BiH affected by floods and landslides today, writes the Patria News Agency. He was accompanied by Zlatko Lagumdžija, Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH, Nermin Nikšić, Prime Minister of FBiH, and the Mayor of Tuzla Municipality, Jasmin Imamović, visiting areas from Tuzla to Doboj.

Haznedar visited the Municipality of Tuzla with a delegation of businessmen and brought humanitarian aid for citizens affected by floods and landslides. Before heading to the affected areas, Haznedar paid tribute to the murdered youth at Tuzla Gate.

Incidentally, he posted many photos from various locations on his Twitter profile, but also stated that Turkey is thinking of BiH and will help.

The Union of Turkish Mediterranean Municipalities (MBB) decided to help the affected areas in Bosnia and Herzegovina by assigning Turkish cities and municipalities responsible for 15 affected places in BiH. According to this arrangement, the Istanbul municipality of Beşiktaş, along with the municipalities of Bağcılar and Üsküdar, is responsible for assisting Tuzla.
