Ahmetović's hat-trick and Sušić's debut goal for Sarajevo's convincing triumph

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The start of the football spring at Koševo brought a real shower of goals, after which the current champion and leader of the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina recorded a triumph.

Sarajevo defeated Tuzla City 6:2, although the start of the match did not seem promising for the maroon team.

The first serious chance of the match was had by Rahmanović, who in the fifth minute headed just wide of the visitors' goal, scsport.ba reports.

However, in the 16th minute, a cold shower for the home fans. Šarčević excellently ran a counterattack for the team from Simin Han and hit the opposite corner of Vladan Kovačević's goal for a surprising 0:1.

That was not all from the visitors, as Badji and Arežina then had excellent chances, but the result did not change until the very end of the first half. And then a very “eventful” part of the match followed.

First, Ahmetović equalized with a nice header in the 40th minute, and then Badara Badji caused general chaos. The dark-skinned striker started pushing and shoving with Sarajevo players after a harsh tackle, and then grabbed Dupovac by the neck. Referee Zoran Grbić had no doubts and showed him a red card.

Soon after being reduced to a man, the visitors conceded another goal. Dušan Hodžić picked up the rebound after a shot by Tatar and scored for a 2:1 turnaround in the 45th minute.

After the break, Tuzla City completely fell apart. First, Ahmetović brilliantly ran a counterattack in the 48th minute and scored for 3:1, and the maroon team's lead was increased by Tatar a few minutes later after a great cross from Salčin.

Hasanović then reduced the deficit to 4:2 in the 64th minute, but nine minutes later Ahmetović completed his own hat-trick (5:2).

However, that was far from the end of the goal shower. Mustedanagić and Sušić made their debuts for Sarajevo by coming on as substitutes in the second half, and Sušić even scored a goal to the ovations at Koševo. Interestingly, the penalty was won by Mustedanagić.

The former Bosnia and Herzegovina international scored for the final 6:2 from the spot, which caused euphoria among the fans.
