Haris, Rasim and Nermin Blocked the Session of the FBiH House of Peoples with Their 'Serbianness'

Although the constitutive session of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament was scheduled for today at 12:00, it has not yet started even five hours after the scheduled time, writes the news agency Patria.

The session could not be held earlier because a decision from the Appellate Chamber of the Court of BiH was awaited, following an appeal against the CIK's decision from Monday submitted by the authorized representative of the Assembly of the Sarajevo Canton delegates Rasim Smajić, Haris Pleho, and Nermin Bjelak.

The delegates are still waiting patiently, but there are no indications that the session could start soon. As confirmed to Patria, members of the Central Election Commission are also waiting in the hall for the Court's decision, and officials at this institution stated that the decision has not yet been made.

Even the delegates themselves do not know what is happening, and only speculation exists about the possible outcome. Also, as delegates said in unofficial conversations, it is obvious that the procedure was violated already in the Assembly of the Sarajevo Canton when the mentioned individuals were allowed to vote, but not to be elected.

Furthermore, Pleho, Smajić, and Bjelak are in the Serb Club, but they cannot participate in the leadership or in making certain decisions, which is also disputed because the Assembly cannot make such a decision.

Nevertheless, there is no official information for now, but it is speculated that they filed an appeal precisely on this basis.
