Chaos in the Party of BiH: Emir Cokoja Accuses Salem Halilović of Squandering Party Funds

Emir Cokoja has submitted an irrevocable resignation from the position of Chairman of the Cantonal Board of the Party of BiH Sarajevo and the position of President of the Municipal Organization of this party in Stari Grad, writes the Patria news agency.

In the explanation of his resignation, which he sent to the President of S BiH, Amer Jerlagić, Cokoja stated that he decided to take this step due to disagreements with financial indiscipline and irresponsible spending of public money (grants from the FBiH Parliament), which directly affects the work and (non)functioning of the OS, which is the exclusive jurisdiction of the Secretary General Salem Halilović.

- I remind you that this same Secretary General borrowed money from individuals for his own benefit and account, which I have previously written about and warned the Party organs, with valid arguments.

In the midst of the election campaign for the General Elections in 2014, this same Secretary General (who received compensation position number 1, and later a compensation mandate in the PF BiH) went on vacation to the sea, likely with borrowed and received money, while we stayed behind pasting posters, leaving home in the middle of the night to monitor poster removal, organizing and attending rallies, walking around the city and distributing flyers, and for him, we spent our own money and the money of our children, used our time, fuel, etc.....  

Of course, in addition to all of the above, one can also add the formation of unprincipled, illogical, and inconsistent coalitions with political actors who have continuously attacked SBiH projects and you personally, as the General Director of EP BIH, it states, among other things, in the resignation signed by Cokoja. 

In 2012, Cokoja was the candidate of the Party of BiH for the Mayor of the Municipality of Stari Grad.
