Chaos in the BiH Ministry of Defense: SIPA took all documentation on January 9th and the parade of the BiH Armed Forces

Members of the Agency for Investigations and Protection of BiH (SIPA) last week seized all documentation from the Ministry of Defense of BiH related to the events of January 9th when the BiH Presidency Chairman Mladen Ivanić paraded members of the BiH Armed Forces at the marking of the unconstitutional holiday of the Day of the Republic of Srpska in Banja Luka, writes Patria.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office, as has already been confirmed, opened an investigation based on a criminal complaint filed against Ivanić, Minister of Defense Marina Pendeš and her deputies Boris Jerinić and Sead Jusić, as well as the Chief of the Joint Staff of the BiH Armed Forces, General Ante Jelač, and his deputies General Mirko Tepšić and Senad Mašović by the SDP, DF, and the Civic Alliance.

Meanwhile, by the decision of Minister Pendeš, Chief Jelač formed three commissions that are allegedly supposed to correct all regulations and procedures for the use of the Honor Guard Unit of the BiH Armed Forces. Absurdly, the commissions are headed by members of the BiH Armed Forces who are responsible for the unconstitutional parade of the army and the violation of the chain of command on January 9th.

Although Minister Pendeš announced that the public would be informed about the results of the internal investigation conducted by a special team of the BiH Armed Forces, even to this day, and almost a month has passed, no one knows what is stated in the report. Unofficial information suggests that three reports were made, and only the one that suited Pendeš and all others responsible for violating the chain of command was sent to the BiH Presidency. This is a report from which the memos of three Bosniak officers who warned that the parade of members of the Third (Republika Srpska) Regiment of the 6th Infantry Brigade was unconstitutional and illegal were removed.
