Hajrija and her seven orphans live a hard life: A washing machine would ease this mother's burden

Recently, Muharem Ćosić died in Srebrenica, leaving behind seven minor children and his wife Hajrija Ćosić, reports the Patria news agency.

The Ćosić family lived a difficult life even while Muharem was alive, so they needed help, as they survived by collecting and selling scrap metal. Good people helped this family, and now they need even more help because they have lost the head of the household.

The organization „Svjetlo“ modestly provided financial assistance to the family as soon as they heard about the tragedy, and later they were also given food and hygiene packages. Incidentally, this organization has been helping the Ćosić family for the past seven years, delivering packages to them once a month.

The children smiling despite everything

The house where the Ćosić family lives is inaccessible and can only be reached on foot, and Hajrija wishes to get a washing machine, because given the size of the family, there is a lot of laundry that she washes by hand, which takes up a lot of her time.
