Traffic jams on roads to local picnic spots, roads to the sea, and border crossings

Favorable weather conditions and good trafficability of most road routes characterize the traffic situation in BiH this morning. Despite this, we appeal to drivers to drive with maximum caution and maintain distance between vehicles. Increased traffic frequency is expected during the day on sections leading to local picnic spots, roads to the sea, as well as at border crossings.

- We advise drivers to inform themselves about the road and border crossing conditions before starting their journey, in order to avoid traffic jams and long delays. Currently, there is increased vehicle traffic at the exit from BiH at the Doljani border crossing, while at other border crossings, delays do not exceed 30 minutes.

Occasional short traffic stoppages, from 8 AM to 4 PM, can be expected on the M-16.2 highway Bugojno-Gornji Vakuf/Uskoplje in the village of Osojnica, where demining operations are underway, according to BIHAMK.
