Guardian: Greater integration of BiH is the way out

They emphasize that the whole world was extremely grateful to the late American diplomat Richard Holbrooke and Swedish politician Carl Bildt when they reached the peace agreement that ended the war in BiH.

However, the newspaper points out that it soon became clear that the system achieved in that agreement, in which the country remained divided and the competencies of different levels overlapped, does not work.
