(Patria) - Dennis Gratz, a delegate of the Democratic Front (DF) and member of the Legislative-Legal Committee of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, today requested a change to the agenda of this committee's session scheduled for tomorrow.
Gratz requested that the Proposal for a Decision on Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina be removed from the agenda. The proposers of this decision are the caucuses of SDP BiH, NiP-Pomak, NS, HDZ BiH-HNS, HDZ 1990-HNP, and PDA, which opens the possibility of an unconstitutional appointment of Marin Vukoje as a judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
"This was requested in order to allow consideration of other proposed items and thus ensure the continued operability of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in terms of its main, legislative function," Gratz stated.
