Gratz to Konaković: It won't succeed, esteemed minister

(Patria) - I am completely in favour of Marin Vukoja (HDZ BiH) being appointed a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH, I repeat this for the 25th time.

This was stated last night by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH and the president of the People and Justice party, Elmedin Konaković, as a guest on Face Television's Centralni dnevnik.

The member of the House of Representatives of the Federal Parliament from the Democratic Front (DF), Dennis Gratz, commented briefly on Konaković's words on his Twitter profile.

"I hear that Minister Konaković mentioned me last night in the context of some people I have never met in person, and who have apparently raised him politically and in other ways.

Let's not lose focus from the truly important things – after all, everything here revolves exclusively around Čović's Vukoja, one of about ten candidates," Gratz stated.

He stated that Vukoja is the only one that the Minister of Foreign Affairs Konaković, on the orders of HDZ BiH, must install as a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH at all costs.

Even if, Gratz adds, it means violating the very Constitution.

"It won't succeed, esteemed minister," Gratz concluded.
