
(Patria) - The City Council of Sarajevo will hold two sessions today.
At the first, scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM, council members will decide on the conditions and manner of awarding the 'April 6th Award of the City of Sarajevo' in 2025.
The agenda will first include the Report on the Work of the Committee for Awarding the 'April 6th Award of the City of Sarajevo' in 2025.
Then, council members will consider the proposal of the Decision on awarding the individual 'April 6th Award of the City of Sarajevo' in 2025, with Ismail Barlov and Goran Mikulić proposed.
A Decision on awarding the collective 'April 6th Award' will also be made, with the Bosnian National Committee of the International Council on Large Electric Systems CIGRE-BH K CIGRE and the Medical Association BIMA in Bosnia and Herzegovina proposed for this award.
Council members will decide on the conditions and manner of awarding the 'April 6th Award of the City of Sarajevo' in a closed session, meaning the public will be excluded, as announced by the City Council.
At the second session, starting at 12:00 PM, city council members will make a Decision on awarding the recognition 'Honorary Citizen of the City of Sarajevo' to Aleksandar Popov, a Decision on awarding the recognition 'Plaque of the City of Sarajevo' to prim. dr. Branislav Kotjelnikov, and a Decision on awarding the recognition 'Plaque of the City of Sarajevo' to prim. dr. Elma Vukotić.
The agenda includes a proposal for the Decision on awarding the 'Sarajevo Snowflake' award to Farah Onešćuk and Nadija Kobilica.
Council members will also make a Decision on the dismissal of Amila Hasović, a member of a working body of the City Council, as well as a Decision on giving consent for signing an agreement on financing a project for current maintenance works on the facade of the Despić House in Sarajevo.
