Citizens demand truth about Dženan Memić's death

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Several thousand citizens from Sarajevo, as well as other cities, gathered on the plateau in front of the National Theatre for protests for Dženan Memić. The Memić family was forced to organize protests for the ninth time to point out that even after more than two and a half years and a court process, it has not been discovered how their son and brother was killed.

The Memić family demands that the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and SIPA launch an investigation.

The Memić family's lawyer, Ifet Feraget, has repeatedly emphasized that it is unacceptable that the truth has not yet been discovered, despite Alisa Mutap being a living witness from that night, February 8, 2016.

A group of citizens from Banja Luka, gathered around the group Justice for David, also arrived at the gathering. Demobilized soldiers from the Camp of Soldiers also gave their support.
