Citizens reported SDA for voter bribery

Mobile teams of the Coalition 'Pod lupom' visited more than 550 polling stations from this morning until 6:00 PM. The most common irregularities they observed relate to allowing voters to vote with invalid documents, simultaneously inserting all ballots into the ballot box, assistance by polling station committees to voters in the voting booth, family voting, „professional“ assistants, canvassing by political party activists near polling stations,  and the presence of political party posters within a 50-meter radius, announced the Coalition "Pod lupom". reports the Bosnian news agency Patria. 

Mobile teams reported more than 50 critical situations to local election commissions, the most common being preventing Coalition observers from entering the polling station, removing empty ballots from the polling station (e.g., Bihać: BM 003A046, Livno: BM106A010, BM 106A011), preventing oversight of the counting of received ballots before the opening of the polling station, transporting and voting of voters at a polling station to which they do not belong (Stolac, BM 176A011), voting on behalf of other persons (Stolac, BM 176A007), and avoiding reading aloud the names of voters during identification (Brčko). From Jajce, reports from several polling stations arrive about more than 2 people behind the screen. From the area of Doboj, MZ Mitrovići at polling station 038B060, an observer reported offers from party observers for an agreement and „turning a blind eye“ during the counting of votes and their agreement on the division of votes.

Regional offices of the Coalition received more than 140 citizen reports, most of which relate to canvassing towards voters near polling stations, deceased persons on voter lists, vote buying, distribution of copies of ballots with marked political entities and other promotional material of parties around the polling station.

In the afternoon hours, a large number of citizen reports were received against the SDA party in the area of TK (Živinice, Lukavac, Tuzla, Banovići), and they relate to  voter bribery, offers to those present at the polling station to reach a consensus and vote for people who did not come out to vote, buying food for voters, and general canvassing to vote for that party. From the areas of Cazin and Zvornik, citizen reports arrive about plans to carry out illegal activities in writing personal votes of candidates (in preferential voting).
