Citizens of Sarajevo are outraged by the constant water cuts, and the fact that many are unprepared and have no water reserves is illustrated by this morning's case of a Sarajevo resident, when water was cut off in Kasindolska Street. Namely, the unannounced water shutoff apparently caught the Sarajevo resident in the bathtub, so, outraged that he could not rinse his hair immediately, he wrote to the Waterworks.
