Citizens blocked a referendum polling station in the local community of Fazlagića Kula

A small group of locals blocked a referendum polling station, and the police arrived at the scene. The majority of the population in Fazlagića Kula is Bosniak.

266 polling stations in the Banja Luka area were opened on time, except for the settlement of Obilićevo, whose opening was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Referendum polling stations were opened in Trebinje, Bileća, and Berkovići. From 07:00 AM, citizens have been voting in the Doboj, Teslić, Stanari, and Šamac areas. A referendum polling station in Ločari was also opened for all citizens of Brčko, as an agreement for holding the referendum was not reached in that city. In addition to Lončari, citizens of Brčko can vote in Donji Žabar, Bijeljina, and Donja Bukovica.

Citizens are required to have one of their valid identification documents with them to establish their identity. In Bijeljina, the referendum voting began on time at all 143 polling stations. This also applies to the six municipalities in the Istočno Sarajevo area.
