Citizens of BiH can count on Turkey and NATO allies

(Patria) - Commander of NATO Headquarters Sarajevo, Brigadier General Pamela L McGaha met today with the Minister of National Defence of Turkey, Yaşar GÜLEROM at Camp Butmir.

During the meeting, General McGaha expressed gratitude to Turkey for its
commitment and contribution to NATO Headquarters Sarajevo, as well as to the Defence Capacity Building Package for Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Within the framework of the continuous partnership with the Armed Forces of BiH, General McGaha thanked Turkey for its assistance in training members of the Armed Forces of BiH at military schools in the Republic of Turkey, with a special emphasis on training helicopter pilots and flight instructors.

Today's visit to the citizens of BiH emphasized that Turkey and the NATO Alliance remain
committed to maintaining a close partnership with Bosnia and Herzegovina for the benefit of all citizens of BiH.
