Govedarica: BiH F BiH's offer for HET is proof that SNSD humiliates RS citizens

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - If HET is recapitalized, the authorities can expect people in the streets – said a member of the SDS Presidency.

- Yesterday's announcement by Fadil Novalić that power companies based in FBiH will buy shares of Hidroelektrane na Trebišnjici is an additional humiliation of citizens, orchestrated by the current authorities just three days after the thirtieth birthday of Republika Srpska – stated Vukota Govedarica, a member of the SDS Presidency.

“The authorities led by SNSD have humiliated Republika Srpska just a few days after Republic Day by announcing that they will proceed with the recapitalization of Hidroelektrane na Trebišnjici, continuing to destroy this valuable resource of Republika Srpska. This is not about the recapitalization of the power company, but about the capitulation of Republika Srpska, which has been led by SNSD's policies for the last 16 years,” Govedarica’s message reads.

“I hope that citizens see what kind of false patriotism this power structure has created, just as I hope that the people have recognized the difference between SNSD’s ‘patriotism’ and SNSD’s partisanship. SNSD’s false patriotism and SNSD’s true partisanship have led us to this situation,” Govedarica stated.

Govedarica said that the mismanagement of Republika Srpska's energy system for the past 16 years and the theft in the power company's enterprises have led to the sale of HET shares to the highest bidder today, without asking who it is.

“Instead of our power company, which inherited healthy facilities and infrastructure from the previous state, investing in new projects from its profits during the global energy crisis, the authorities are humiliating us by selling our wealth at stock market auctions. Dodik is clearly not bothered by Bosniak money if it can help him win elections,” Govedarica emphasized.

If HET is recapitalized, the authorities can expect people in the streets – said a member of the SDS Presidency.

“Herzegovina depends on electricity production, and the sale of our resources is the sale of the destiny of the people in the municipalities of Herzegovina, and Dodik must know that he will face a strong response if he proceeds with the sale,” Govedarica concluded.
