The SDS will request an emergency session of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH on judicial reform in BiH, announced today the president of this party, Vukota Govedarica, Patria reports.
Govedarica explained that they will seek to discuss the reform of the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH, as well as the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC).
- If our partners in the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH do not agree to a special session, then the SDS will request in the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska the initiation of a referendum in which citizens of this entity would declare on judicial reform in BiH, Govedarica stated.
