Half an hour ago, shortly after the State Election Commission (DIP) released the first unofficial information, defeat was gentlemanly conceded in Ivo Josipović's headquarters, reports the Patria News Agency.
As Jutarnji reporters report from Josipović's headquarters, the current president said around 9:15 PM:
'It's over, the lady has won'.
