SARAJEVO, (Patria) - At the request of the Ljubuški Police Department, mountain rescue services launched a search and rescue operation last night around 10 PM for the missing woman D. S. (1952) in the village of Vitaljina near Ljubuški.
Members of GSS Ljubuški immediately went to the scene of the disappearance, and neighboring mountain rescue stations were put on standby.
Applying modern methods for searching for missing persons, members of the mountain rescue services found the body of the unfortunate woman at 11:50 PM.
After the investigation was completed, the body was transported to the nearest road and a hearse.
The operation involved 20 members of GSS Ljubuški and 11 locals.
