Goran Zubac finally before the BiH Court tomorrow

The plea hearing before Department II for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Court of BiH, in the case of Goran Zubac, is scheduled for August 20, 2014, starting at 1:00 PM, in courtroom 6, the Court of BiH announced, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the indictment on June 16, 2014, charging the accused Zubac Goran with the criminal offense of dereliction of duty.

- The indictment states, among other things, that the accused Goran Zubac, as an official in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, consciously violated laws and other regulations, and obviously acted negligently in the performance of his duties, resulting in property damage exceeding 10,000.00 KM - the Court of BiH stated.
