Will Goran Zubac not be suspended today either?

An emergency session of the Independent Board of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be held in Sarajevo today, where the members of this body are yet to familiarize themselves with the documentation received at the request of the Independent Board from the competent security institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, writes the Patria news agency.

The documentation relates to the events of February 7, when the Presidency of BiH building was set on fire, but it is still unknown whether the accused director Goran Zubac will be suspended today and whether his dismissal will be initiated.

The members of the Independent Board are clearly divided, and Žiko Krunić, the chairman of this body, could not declare himself on the "Zubac case".

Other members of the Independent Board were also not inclined to give statements, wanting to see the outcome of today's session.

Otherwise, the BiH Prosecutor's Office has filed an indictment against Zubac for dereliction of duty because during the citizens' demonstrations in Sarajevo, when the Presidency of BiH building was set on fire on February 7, he refused to send the special unit of SIPA to intervene in front of the Presidency of BiH building, which was engulfed in flames.

On the other hand, SDA has announced that it will seek the dismissal of the members of the Independent Board of the PSBiH if they do not act in accordance with their authorities and the law.
