Citizens, journalists, and activists from the Banja Luka Centre for Labour Studies and the Prijedor Centre for Social Justice gathered today at Krajina Square in Banja Luka to show solidarity with other citizens in BiH who were gathering on the anniversary of the protests, writes the Patria News Agency.
"Will this also become a public space subject to censorship?", read, among other things, the banners displayed by the activists, alluding to the recently adopted Law on Public Order and Peace in RS, which extends the scope of public space to the internet.
A larger number of police officers did not secure the gathering.
