SNSD Main Board: RS should seek affirmation of the right to self-determination

(Patria) - The Main Board concluded that the SDA declaration is unacceptable, and confirmed that RS should seek affirmation of the right to self-determination. The SNSD Main Board elected Željka Cvijanović, Radovan Višković, Nikola Špirić, Nebojša Radmanović and Igor Radojičić as party vice-presidents, while Luka Petrović was re-elected as the party's general secretary.

The Main Board also elected the SNSD Presidency, which consists of 45 members, including, in addition to the five vice-presidents and the general secretary, the president of the Women's Active, Nada Tešanović, and the president of SNSD Youth.

Among other conclusions is the urgent adoption of the law on the Constitutional Court of BiH, and it was emphasized that the presence of foreign judges there is unacceptable. The SNSD Main Board proposes that Republika Srpska seek an agreement with the FBiH on exiting the defense agreement, the Indirect Taxation Authority, and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council. One of the conclusions is that the SNSD Main Board remains committed to military neutrality in accordance with the National Assembly of Republika Srpska resolution.

The Main Board supported the formation of a legal team that should initiate talks and seek criminal responsibility of high representatives due to unconstitutional and anti-Dayton actions.

They consider the continued presence of the high representative in BiH unacceptable.
