Deaf Telephones: Novalić Protects Minister Dujmović, SDA Supports Cultural Institutions!?

The Presidency of the SDA has supported the requests of seven cultural institutions that the funds from the FBiH budget be allocated in accordance with the Decision on the Program of Expenditure of Funds and the Public Call of the Ministry of Culture and Sports in the Government of FBiH, reports the Patria news agency.

- It is unacceptable that the cultural segment is divided according to ethnic and territorial representation. Adequate support should be given to the most significant cultural institutions and their projects, especially those with international significance – say the SDA.

However, the Prime Minister of FBiH, Fadil Novalić, is still doing nothing to resolve this issue, and he was at the session of the SDA Presidency, and now the question is who is lying to whom, the SDA to the public or Novalić to the party bodies.

Novalić is also afraid to answer questions about why he has not yet spoken with Zora Dujmović, the Minister of Culture and Sports, who committed a criminal offense by allocating money, but now Novalić, who skillfully remains silent, is not absolved of responsibility either.

We remind you, HDZ's Minister of Culture and Sports of FBiH, Zora Dujmović, committed a series of criminal offenses during the distribution of over two million KM from this ministry, intended for financing cultural events significant for FBiH in 2015 and supporting the restoration of the cultural-architectural heritage of FBiH.

We sent an inquiry to the office of Prime Minister Novalić on December 17, 2015, asking the Prime Minister to comment on the controversial allocation of money, but no response came, and as our sources reveal, Novalić could very easily allow such a distribution by Zora Dujmović to pass without any problems.

Moreover, our sources reveal, Novalić wants media coverage of this case to stop as soon as possible, so that Minister Dujmović's wish can be fulfilled in peace and quiet.

We remind you, out of 100 cultural projects assessed as significant for FBiH, as many as 43 were approved for Croats, and 21 for Bosniaks.

During the distribution of money, Dujmović not only created a national imbalance but also, warn legal experts who analyzed the flow of money from this ministry for Patria, committed a series of obvious violations of the law. The criteria established in this Ministry were not respected, nor were the decisions followed, which is clearly visible on the Ministry's website.

The violation was also made on other grounds. Two organizations received money for the same project. It is about the "Days of Mowing" in Kupres. For this event, one organization received 12,000 KM, and another 10,000 KM.

A simple search on the YouTube channel can determine what "level of culture" the Days of Mowing have and what accompanying content there is where half-naked dancers in tents entertain the audience.
