Main Board of SDA: Establish government at all levels as soon as possible

The Main Board of SDA at today's session in Sarajevo accepted the information of the Party's Main Operational Election Headquarters on the activities carried out in the 2014 General Elections, reports Patria

The Main Board of SDA thanks activists, members and supporters for the efforts invested in the campaign, and congratulates them on the achieved election results of the Party and the presidential candidate.

The information on the activities carried out by the working group of the Party Presidency on the implementation of election results was also adopted.

Also, the Main Board of SDA accepted the Agreement on Program Principles signed by SDA, DF and the Alliance for Changes from RS. The Presidency of SDA and its working group are tasked to continue activities on the implementation of election results in order to form stable parliamentary majorities and establish efficient government at all levels in BiH.

The Party bodies responsible for conducting personnel policy are tasked to make proposals for elections and appointments based on the criterion of candidate competence, with mandatory presentation of a work program with a vision of rationalization and improvement of efficiency in the functioning of institutions.

The Presidency of SDA is tasked to actively monitor the implementation of the Election Platform, especially the part concerning economic development and employment, and to prepare a special session of the Main Board on this topic.

At today's session, the mandates of Main Board members were verified, namely Asim Mekić, replacing Salko Selman who resigned, as well as new member Salkan Merdžanić.
