It was February 1st of this year when a police patrol of the West Herzegovina Canton Ministry of Interior, around 9:13 PM, in Mostarska Vrata near Ljubuški, attempted to stop a black Audi. Instead of stopping, the Audi driver accelerated, turned on the flashing lights, and effectively "broke through" the police checkpoint. The vehicle, license plates revealed, belongs to the Intelligence and Security Agency of BiH (OSA-BiH). The reason for the escape, as suspected by police agencies, is that the vehicle was carrying a fugitive from BiH justice, former Director of the Border Police of BiH and former Deputy Director of SIPA, Zoran Galić. The photo below this paragraph was taken on the same day, February 1st. The passenger seat of the car that "avoided" police control is occupied by a person resembling fugitive Zoran Galić.

The photo was taken on February 1st of this year, at 6:41:45 PM. It was retrieved from a surveillance camera only after this same OSA-owned vehicle fled from a police patrol. According to police documents, this vehicle was and is used by Damir Bevanda, a long-time chief inspector of OSA. To verify and obtain official confirmation that Damir Bevanda drives this Audi, police officers of the West Herzegovina Canton Ministry of Interior checked the same vehicle, license plate K28 – A – 918, on March 16th of this year, at 7:40 PM. The record stated that Damir Bevanda was driving the vehicle, and on that day, he did not use flashing lights and did not flee from the police patrol.
Let's return to February 1st of this year. This is a letter from the Ljubuški Police Administration sent to the Intelligence and Security Agency of BiH.

“On 01.02.2025, at 21:13, while conducting traffic control in Mostarska Vrata, Ljubuški, in the immediate vicinity of the business premises "Kiwi Sport", a black Audi vehicle, license plate A28-A-918, approached from the direction of Ljubuški towards Čitluk. A police officer signaled for it to stop using a light stop stick and clear signals, but the vehicle did not stop, instead activating its flashing lights and continuing towards Čitluk. Upon checking the IDDEEA database, it was determined that the vehicle's owner is OSA BiH, and it is requested that you provide an explanation regarding the failure to stop at the aforementioned time, and send it to us via regular mail to our address,” stated the letter from the West Herzegovina Canton Ministry of Interior, which was delivered to the Intelligence and Security Agency of BiH on 5.2.
OSA Director Almir Džuvo, as we have learned, then summoned chief inspector Damir Bevanda for a meeting to clarify the entire situation. Bevanda, according to Istraga's information, stated that Zoran Galić was not in the car, but his son, who plays basketball in Ljubuški and whom he had come to pick up. However, it remains unclear why Bevanda fled from the police patrol if his son was in the car and not fugitive Zoran Galić.

The left photo shows the person who was in the passenger seat of the Intelligence and Security Agency vehicle on February 1st of this year. The right photo shows the fugitive former Deputy Director of SIPA, Zoran Galić. Due to the lower resolution, it is not possible to state with 100% certainty that the same person is in both photos without further expert analysis. However, several things are undisputed – on the same day that surveillance cameras recorded a man resembling fugitive Zoran Galić in the OSA vehicle, the same OSA vehicle fled from a police patrol of the West Herzegovina Canton Ministry of Interior.
We remind you that on July 9th of last year, the then Deputy Director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), Zoran Galić, fled from Bosnia and Herzegovina to Croatia before members of BiH police agencies arrived at his house in Posušje. Galić is suspected of corruption. The decryption of the Sky application revealed that he assisted cigarette smugglers during his tenure as Director of the Border Police of BiH. BiH justice has issued an Interpol warrant for him, but the authorities of the Republic of Croatia refuse to extradite him.
