Generals and associations originating from the Army of RBiH and MoI RBiH: Stand in defense of the sovereignty and constitutional-legal order of the state

(Patria) - On the occasion of the current endangerment of the constitutional-legal order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, yesterday, at the initiative of the Association of Generals of Bosnia and Herzegovina, representatives of veteran – associations originating from the Army and MoI of RBiH gathered.

In addition to members of the Association of Generals of BiH, representatives of all members of the Coordination of Veteran Associations of FBiH, representatives of the Coordination of Veteran Associations of Sarajevo Canton, representatives of the Association of the First Police Brigade and the Association of Veterans of Special Purpose Police "Lasta", and the Association "Guardians of Bosnia" were present.

Deep dissatisfaction with the political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina was expressed. Regardless of the statements of certain political actors, we concluded that there is a classic attack on the constitutional-legal order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the realization of "creeping secession" according to the "all-Serbian assembly" plan.

We UNANIMOUSLY DEMAND that all levels and representatives of state authorities immediately take all necessary measures within their jurisdiction to protect and defend the constitutional-legal order. That a general diplomatic offensive be immediately launched with all influential countries, international organizations, and institutions that are inclined towards and support the preservation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

As the population most responsible for the survival of the state in the period 1992-1995, we DEMAND that all political parties and entities that consider themselves pro-Bosnian Herzegovinian finally raise their heads and openly, without calculations, stand in defense of the sovereignty and constitutional-legal order of the state. It is especially important now for them to forget their personal animosities and intolerance, to stop blaming each other, because the state is more important than all of them. They exist because of the state and citizens, not the other way around. We veterans are sending a message to all political leaders and their parties that our only political orientation is the State of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that we will never forgive them if they allow its destruction.

We are sending a message to everyone, both friends and others, that we will continue to closely monitor all developments," the statement said.
