Gadžo: Support for SDA-SBB candidate given by HDZ leader who used Bosniak camp inmates for forced labor

Democratic Front candidate for Mayor of Tuzla Alen Gadžo issued a press release following the publication of information that the SDA and SBB candidate for this position also received support from HDZ BiH, reports the Patria news agency.

In his statement, Gadžo says that the masks have now completely fallen.

-It is at least hypocritical and immoral for those who boast of uniting and representing Bosniaks to seek and receive support from the HDZ, whose policy is responsible for the formation of camps for Bosniaks in Herzegovina.

Even worse is the moral collapse of the SDA-SBB candidate for Mayor of Tuzla, who receives personal support from Dragan Čović, who during the aggression on our country, as there is written evidence, as director of Mostar's "Sokol", used Mostar Bosniaks from concentration camps for forced labor in "Sokol"!

It is obvious that there is a deeper, older connection between the SDA-SBB candidate and the HDZ leader. Now that it is clear that SDA-SBB-HDZ are jointly trying to destroy Tuzla, just as they have been destroying and dividing our Bosnia and Herzegovina for years, I tell them that I, Alen Gadžo, and thousands of us, are ready again to fight for our city and our country by all means!

Unlike them, I spent the aggression on our country with a rifle in hand on battlefields across BiH.

Because of everything that is being prepared and served to us, I hereby call on all parties that truly care about our city and our fellow citizens to withdraw their candidates and give their support to me as Mayor of Tuzla.

Be assured that there is no one and nothing that would burden or prevent me from developing Tuzla. Through my actions and work, I have already shown that my guiding principle is an uncompromising fight against all those who prevent a normal and dignified life for all citizens of Tuzla. This will never be a city tailored to criminals, nationalists, and those who remain silent about all their moves that destroy Tuzla and Tuzla Canton, Gadžo's statement reads.
