PIO/MIO Fund Sells Seven Properties, Estimated Value Exceeds 25 Million KM

The Management Board of the PIO/MIO Fund adopted yesterday a decision on the sale of properties owned by the Fund. Incidentally, the FBiH Government agreed last year with the request of the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Fund for the sale of properties, but the sale has not been realized to date.

PROPERTIES FOR SALE

This concerns the hotel “Ero” in Mostar, with an estimated value of 24,413,229.70 KM.

In Lukavac, it is a space of 150 m2 with an estimated value of 246,988.80 KM, in Donji Vakuf, 86 m2 of space is estimated at 122,637.90 KM.

In Nova Bila, it is a space of 55.20 m2, estimated at 79,462.50 KM, in Konjic it is 110 m2, estimated at 151,286.80 KM, and in Ljubuški it is an area of 69.60 m2, with an estimated value of 45,658.70 KM.

These properties would be sold by direct negotiation, with the preliminary agreed price for each requiring prior consent from the Government of the Federation of BiH and the Management Board of the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.

The property in Kupres, with an area of 151.20 m2, estimated value of 215,115 KM, would be sold by auction.

The total estimated value of these seven properties is 25,274,375 KM.
