FZIP issued penalty orders to the National Museum and Busuladžić

Due to non-compliance with the decision of the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs (FUZIP) ordering the removal of all elements installed on the building of the National Museum of BiH, penalty orders were issued for the legal and natural person on May 28, it was confirmed to the BiH news agency Patria from FUZIP.

- Penalty orders were issued due to non-execution of the measures by the building inspector to remove the signs and boards from the building of the National Museum of BiH. Therefore, the decision was not complied with, and that was the next step - FUZIP told Patria.

Otherwise, for non-execution of the decision according to the Law on Inspections, penalties of 1,000 KM are threatened for a legal entity, and 200 KM for a natural person.

- If the fines are not paid within the given deadline, the next step is court proceedings - FUZIP stated.

We remind you that only when investigators from the Prosecutor's Office of BiH entered the National Museum on June 17, the day after the sign "Museum is closed" was removed, but not the two boards at the entrance doors of the Museum, writes NAP. The Prosecutor's Office of BiH is still conducting investigative actions to determine the elements of criminal responsibility in the case of the closure of the National Museum of BiH. The Director of the Museum, Adnan Busuladžić, said that they removed the sign because numerous foreign officials asked them to.

Yesterday, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina also considered the information of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports on the situation in the National Museum of BiH and accepted the proposed conclusions which request that, in the shortest possible time due to urgency, the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports and the Federal Ministry of Education and Science prepare a proposal to request the Municipal Court in Sarajevo to issue a temporary measure ordering the opening of the National Museum to the public, reports Patria.
