FUP files report against Voloder and others for corruption during the construction of the Vc motorway

(Patria) - Police officers of the Federal Police Administration (FUP) in continuation of the operation "Landfill", in which former director of the FBiH Motorways Elmedin Voloder was arrested at the beginning of September, under the supervision of the ZDK Prosecutor's Office, have submitted a report on the existence of grounds for suspicion that a criminal offense was committed and that the perpetrator is E.V., suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Abuse of position or authority".

"It is reported that this person caused damage to the Public Company Motorways of the Federation of BiH and the Government of the Federation of BiH as the founder in the amount of 1,250,000 KM.

A report was also submitted on the existence of grounds for suspicion that a criminal offense was committed and that the perpetrator is B.Z., due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of 'Certification of false content', to the detriment of the ZDK budget in the amount of about 4,200 KM.

In the previous period, police officers of the FUP, under the supervision of the ZDK Prosecutor's Office, conducted an operational action called 'Landfill' due to suspicion of committing criminal offenses: association for the purpose of committing criminal offenses, abuse of position or authority, disclosure and unauthorized acquisition of business secrets, money laundering and aiding.

By order of the Cantonal Court in Zenica, searches were carried out at nine locations in the Zenica-Doboj Canton, Sarajevo Canton and Posavina Canton, and on that occasion persons with initials E.V. (1965) from Sarajevo, M.N. (1989) from Žepče, B.Z. (1988) from Odžak, R.K. (1973) from Sarajevo and M.M. (1975) from Sarajevo were deprived of their liberty due to suspicion of committing corruptive criminal offenses during the construction of the Vc motorway, subsection Medakovo-Ozimica", the FUP announced.

Let us recall, the Cantonal Court in Zenica rejected on September 12 the proposal of the ZDK Prosecutor's Office to order detention for Marijan Nikolić, Elmedin Voloder and Boris Zelić.
