(Patria) - Federal Police Administration officers, under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Zenica-Doboj Canton, are conducting an operational action called "Landfill" due to suspicion of committing criminal offenses: "Criminal Association" under Article 340, "Abuse of Position or Authority" under Article 383, "Disclosure and Unauthorized Acquisition of Business Secrets" under Article 254, "Money Laundering" under Article 272, "Aiding and Abetting" under Article 33 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Five individuals are suspected of committing the aforementioned corrupt criminal offenses during the construction of a highway section.
Police officers, by order of the Cantonal Court in Zenica, are conducting searches at nine locations in three cantons.
More details regarding the mentioned operation will be known after the completion of official actions, it was announced from the Federal Police Administration.
