(Patria) - Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sarajevo Canton, by order of the competent court and the order of the Special Department of the Federal Prosecutor's Office, and after prior notification to the Federal Police Administration (FUP), seized certain documentation within regular official activities, related to the case "Munjić and others".
The FUP emphasizes that there were no raids or searches of their premises, which, as they stated, is also evident from the official information provided to the media by the Special Department of the Federal Prosecutor's Office.
"Officers of the Federal Police Administration fully cooperated with the competent authorities and made available all relevant documentation requested at the time.
The Federal Police Administration remains committed to full cooperation with judicial institutions, in order to ensure the lawful, transparent, and efficient conduct of all procedures," the FUP stated.
