Although the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute had announced moderately to mostly cloudy weather with rain in Herzegovina for today, and sleet and snow in higher areas, the sun was "stronger" and illuminated many cities in BiH.
- During the day, precipitation will gradually stop and cloudiness will decrease - say the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute.
