Forum “Dayton 2.0 – The Way Forward 20 Years Later”

The Foundation of the Society of Shared Values is organizing the Forum “Dayton 2.0 – The Way Forward 20 Years Later” on Friday, November 6, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Bosniak Institute in Sarajevo, the Patria news agency reports.

The Forum brings together a group of eminent domestic, regional and international officials who will discuss WHY, HOW and WHAT we can do to move Bosnia and Herzegovina forward as a society of shared values 20 years after the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement.

In the introductory part of the Forum, participants will be addressed by: Šefik Džaferović, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, Igor Crnadak, Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH, Lidija Korać, former President of the Central Election Commission of BiH and expert of the Venice Commission, Valentin Inzko, High Representative, and Zlatko Lagumdžija on behalf of the Foundation of the Society of Shared Values Sarajevo.

Following the introductory addresses by officials from Bosnia and Herzegovina, a panel discussion titled „Dayton 2.0 - The Way Forward 20 Years Later“ will be held as part of the Forum, featuring: Branko Crvenkovski, former President of Macedonia, Alfred Gusenbauer, former Chancellor of Austria, Wim Kok, former Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Valdis Zatlers, former President of Latvia, and Zlatko Lagumdžija, former Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, the Foundation of the Society of Shared Values announced.
