Forto with Inzko: Authorities need to improve life in Sarajevo

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Sarajevo Canton Prime Minister Edin Forto hosted High Representative in BiH Valentin Inzko today. The meeting was an opportunity to discuss numerous topics and issues affecting the business climate in the Canton and the quality of life of its residents, the KS Government announced. 

Recognizing Sarajevo as an attractive and dynamic city, as emphasized by Inzko, it is the task and opportunity for the authorities to improve the situation and make progress in many segments, from public transport, education, security, and traffic. He expressed satisfaction that the Prime Minister's Forto's expose particularly highlighted the fight against corruption, investment in and strengthening of the education sector, as well as the commitment to more intensive work on creating a better business environment.

“Raising the quality of services in the entire public sector, and especially in the area of public utilities, will be a priority and will determine the work and success of this government,” said Prime Minister Forto, highlighting the creation of stronger capacities for the development and implementation of quality projects as a particularly important task.

He thanked everyone who supports the guidelines of this government's actions and announced further cooperation with international organizations, embassies, financial institutions, and others who are willing to work together on projects important for Sarajevo Canton.
