Forto's Letter of Intent Gave Full Authority to IDS Zdrava Sredina for Procurement of Medical Devices for KS!

(Patria) - Former Prime Minister of the Federation and current Member of the House of Representatives of the FBH Parliament, Fadil Novalić, claimed last night on the show "Istraga sedmice" on Hayat TV that a letter of intent exists, by which Edin Forto, as Prime Minister of KS during the COVID pandemic, authorized a specific supplier to procure medicines, pharmaceutical products, and medical devices for the Government of KS.

Below we publish the translation of the letter of intent, signed by former KS Prime Minister Edin Forto, which authorized IDS Zdrava Sredina doo for the procurement of, among other things, medical devices. The letter was addressed to the American company Secure Medical Products.

Letter of Intent:

“We wish to inform you that the Government of Sarajevo Canton is prepared to procure at least 100,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccines for the citizens of Sarajevo Canton in accordance with our legal framework.

We, the Government of Sarajevo Canton, confirm that IDS-Zdrava Sredina d.o.o., Terezije bb, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina supports the efforts in procuring and supplying medical supplies and pharmaceutical products for the Government of Sarajevo Canton.

IDS-Zdrava Sredina d.o.o., Terezije bb, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, is fully authorized to negotiate in order to obtain offers for medicines, pharmaceutical products, and medical devices for the Government of Sarajevo Canton.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to support their efforts and global endeavors to help us, especially in these complicated times”.

We also publish a facsimile of the letter, which clearly shows that the company IDS - Zdrava Sredina doo, owned by Ramiz Turulja, is authorized to procure not only medicines but also pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
