Forto and Mandić at Toplane: Meeting Dedicated to the Start of the Upcoming Heating Season

(Patria) - Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton Edin Forto and Minister of Communal Economy and Infrastructure of Sarajevo Canton Srđan Mandić visited Toplane Sarajevo today. A working meeting was organized on this occasion, thematically dedicated to the start of the upcoming heating season and the implementation of projects primarily related to the development and expansion of district heating in the KS area, as well as the future development and improvement of the technical-technological process of heat energy production, in accordance with the adopted Development Strategy.

Enver Zornić, the company's director, emphasized that KJKP „Toplane - Sarajevo“ d.o.o. undertook all necessary activities for the overhaul and reconstruction of the heating system during the period outside the heating season, so that the company, in accordance with the Decree on General Conditions for the Production, Distribution, and Use of Thermal Energy, would be operationally ready for the start of the new heating season from September 20th.

Regarding the implementation of development projects, the KS Prime Minister and the relevant Minister promised to provide support and assistance in the implementation of all projects that will ultimately contribute to the development of the heating system, increase energy efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and protect the environment. During the visit, an appropriate tour was organized of the "K5" boiler house in Alipašino Polje and the Main Supervisory Center of the Toplane telemetry system - "MSC".
