Filipović: I recognized the SBB leader's policy eight years ago

SARAJevo, (Patria) - An internal SBB tribune was held in the large hall of the Old Town Municipality in Sarajevo, and academic Muhamed Filipović addressed the members and sympathizers of this party, who gave support to the candidacy of Fahrudin Radončić, the leader of SBB, for the Bosniak member of the Presidency of BiH.

In his speech, interrupted by numerous applauses, Filipović stated, among other things, that he recognized the SBB leader's policy eight years ago, when Radončić founded the party, and emphasized that Radončić and SBB are the only chance for BiH, because they pursue a policy of development, not conflict.

- We are facing a big decision today. Either we will be free, to live in our country as an authentic people and for its citizens to be equal on every inch of land, or we will cease to exist. The state is on the verge of collapse, and if radical changes do not occur, primarily in the way of thinking and the way of behaving and acting, nothing will come of us. Many promise a lot today, but there are no realistic plans. Considering all this, as a person who has been publicly active for 75 years, I have seen and understood that a man has appeared, that an idea has appeared that has offered a turn on the political scene. That was Radončić's idea when he founded the party eight years ago - said Filipović, among other things.

The idea of SBB, as he said, attracted him because Radončić immediately made it clear that he did not intend to pursue the politics of the past, "who took what from whom, because such discussions cannot offer the country any perspective".

- When Radončić said that roads should be built, I was delighted, because roads are the veins that bring oxygen and blood to our cities and regions. After all, Radončić immediately offered a process of development, equal opportunities for all. And the process of development is truly the only thing that can encourage our people. He said that the state must work for everyone and that it is not necessary for everyone to build their own state. He immediately said that our country has enormous capital. However, it requires people who know how to invest capital, and I support that policy and Radončić. It is worth fighting for that policy, and you are fighting for it. The people are the weaker side today, the people here need strength, not Radončić. Radončić has the strength to win, and he and SBB are the only chance for BiH - said Filipović.
