In the Alley of Ambassadors yesterday, the British Ambassador Edward Ferguson also planted a linden tree, and as he wrote on his Twitter account, this is proof of the friendship between BiH and the UK, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.
- I am honoured to have planted a tree in the Alley of Ambassadors as a symbol of the close relations between the UK and BiH - Ferguson wrote.
Incidentally, Ferguson speaks Bosnian well and often uses Twitter to describe the natural beauty of BiH and comment on political developments in his blog.
