Ferguson on duty at the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina: I hope it will reopen as soon as possible

The new week of duty at the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina started today at 10 a.m. with Cardinal Vinko Puljić, as well as the British Ambassador to BiH Edward Ferguson, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

Ambassador Ferguson, who is otherwise active on Twitter, posted photos from the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- Your national museum with the story of coexistence in BiH is truly great. I hope it will reopen as soon as possible - the ambassador wrote.

Today at the Museum will also be on duty Martina Mlinarević-Sopta, Alen Drljević,  Amina Avdić, Emir Krajišnik, Nera Džanić, Larisa Halilović, Nina Šeremet, Amer Jerlagić, Jasenka Murgić, Majda Kuduzović, Amela Fazlić, Emina Velagić, Adi Vrabac, Jasmin Hasanović, Naida Hodžić, Suada Hadžić, Enes Dedić and scholarship holders of the Hastor Foundation. 

The campaign „I am the Museum“ is being implemented in cooperation with the partner organization Mediacentar Sarajevo as part of the Civil Society Sustainability Project in BiH and is supported by USAID. The campaign started on August 3 and will last until October 4. The museum has been closed to the public since October 2012, and to date, seven cultural institutions of national importance have no resolved funding.
