Fehim Bekan continues to cause chaos in the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs

Ever since the seal in the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs was taken over by Stjepan Buconjić, following a decision by the Government of the Federation of BiH, total chaos has ensued, writes the Patria news agency.

Patria has already written that the General Secretary of the Ministry, Fehim Bekan, illegally appropriated the seal.

After that, on January 30, the Government passed a Decision appointing Stjepan Buconjić to sign decisions within the jurisdiction of this ministry, after Vjekoslav Čamber resigned from the position of minister.

Bekan did not like this, as he had planned this position for himself in order to fill vacant positions in the Ministry with his own staff. Then came the obstruction of Buconjić's work.

As sources from the Ministry reveal to us, Bekan's people are trying in every possible way to prevent Buconjić from working, and are pressuring all employees who have not joined Bekan.

Among them, three employees (names and surnames known to the Patria editorial office) who are directly managed by the General Secretary are particularly prominent.

On Friday, two of them verbally attacked Buconjić in the Ministry, threatening him that he would end up in prison along with Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić and former minister Čamber if he did not join Bekan and if he continued with actions allegedly directed against Bekan.

It is suspected that these two individuals, whose identities we will reveal soon, unauthorizedly withdrew a request from the registry office of PU Novo Sarajevo, by which Buconjić requested the delivery of a police record regarding the illegal alienation of the official seal of the Ministry by Bekan.

Otherwise, the same individuals also control the copy machines, making it impossible for Buconjić to copy documents. Meanwhile, Bekan visits the registry office and controls all outgoing mail to prevent any document that is not in his favor from being sent out of the Ministry, and he continues to sign documents without authorization.

As a reminder, on February 5, a criminal complaint was filed against Bekan with the Prosecutor's Office, and a few days later, an amendment to the complaint was filed, given that he never ceased his illegal activities.

The Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation, but it is unclear to everyone for what reason Bekan is still in the Ministry and who allowed him to continue with his inadmissible actions.
