Federal MPs Discuss October Floods and Law on Construction Land

(Patria) - The 18th regular session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament has been scheduled for today in Sarajevo, starting at 10:00 AM. There are 11 items on the agenda.

The first item on the agenda is Information on undertaken and planned measures, activities, and results in the reconstruction and recovery of areas affected by floods.

A Proposal for a Law amending and supplementing the Law on Banks will be considered under an expedited procedure.

The MPs will also consider the Proposal for a Law on Construction Land in the Federation of BiH, as well as the Draft Law on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities.

A Proposal for a Decision on giving consent to the Report on the Execution of the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of the Federation of BiH for 2021 (consolidated) and the Report on the Execution of the Financial Plan of the Federal Solidarity Fund for 2021 (Annex I) will be considered.

A Proposal for a Decision on giving consent to the Report on the Execution of the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2022, as well as the Report on the Execution of the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2022 and the Report on the Execution of the Financial Plan of the Federal Solidarity Fund for 2022 (Annex I) will also be discussed.

The agenda also includes reports on the work of the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs for the periods 1.1.-31.12.2022, 1.1.-31.12.2023, and 1.1.-30.06.2024.

The Report on the work of FERK for 2023, the Quarterly Debt Report Q2/2024, the Quarterly Debt Report Q3/2024, as well as the Conclusion on the proposal of the Committee for Energy, Mining and Industry and the Committee for Economic and Financial Policy will also be considered.
