Federal Government Continues with Appointments, Dismissals, and Tender Announcements

The FBiH Government today adopted a Decision on establishing a Coordination Body for monitoring the implementation of the Rulebook on Waste Management from Electrical and Electronic Products, consisting of one representative each from the Environmental Protection Fund of the Federation of BiH, the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs, authorized operators of the waste management system for electrical and electronic products, and the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism.

Additionally, a Decision was passed appointing Elma Hadžić Ramić (Chairperson), Dubravka Krtalić, Azra Bašić, Elma Babić Džihanić, and Erkin Međedović to the Coordination Body, reports the Patria news agency.

Today, preliminary consent was given to the proposal that Asim Ibrahimagić, Mersad Ramović, Nijaz Alispahić, and Muamer Halilbašić be appointed as members of the temporary Supervisory Board of "Energoinvest" d.d. Sarajevo for a period of up to three months, or until the completion of the tender procedure. The Government today authorized Marinko Bošnjak as its proxy for participation and decision-making at the Shareholders' Assembly of "Energoinvest" d.d. Sarajevo.

Furthermore, the Federal Government granted preliminary consent to the proposal for the appointment of Đemail Ćibe and Vejsil Cokoja as members of the Supervisory Board of "Igman" d.d. Konjic. At the same time, Enes Memić was appointed today as the authorized proxy to represent the FBiH Government at the Assembly of this company.

The FBiH Government today established the criteria for the selection and appointment of members of the Supervisory Board of Lutrija BiH. It also determined the text of the public tender for these positions and adopted a Decision on its announcement.

Based on today's conclusion of the Federal Government, the tender procedure under the Public Tender for the selection and appointment of members of the Management Board of the FBiH Banking Agency was suspended. At the same time, decisions were made on prescribing general and specific criteria, as well as on announcing a public tender for the selection and appointment of members of the Management Board of the FBiH Banking Agency. A Commission for conducting the candidate selection procedure was appointed, and the text of the Public Tender for the selection and appointment of members of the Agency's Management Board was also determined today.

At today's session, a Decision was also adopted on prescribing general and specific criteria that persons must meet for the selection and appointment of the Director and Deputy Director of the FBiH Banking Agency, and a Decision was made to announce a public tender for these two positions. A Commission for conducting the selection procedure was appointed, and the content of the public tender text was determined.

By today's amended Decision of the FBiH Government on granting consent for the appointment of members of working groups for European integration that will operate within the Subcommittee for Stabilization and Association, as well as for the work of bodies monitoring the reform process in BiH, Zoran Božić was appointed as the representative of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications.

Today, the Director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Property-Legal Affairs, Željko Obradović, was designated as the representative of the FBiH Government to represent it at sessions of the FBiH Parliament during the consideration of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Expropriation.

Danica Cigelj was authorized today as the proxy of the FBiH Government at the Assembly of the Public Company "Šume Herceg-Bosne" d.o.o. Mostar, as announced by the FBiH Government.
